Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us through our early-access form: your name, work email, company, role, the AI platforms you use, what's driving your interest, your timeline, any notes you add, and a record of your consent to be contacted.

Why we collect it

To evaluate and contact you about the Niti design-partner program and early access, to respond to your inquiry, and to improve our product and site. Legal basis: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in operating an early-access program and protecting our site from abuse.

How we share it

We do NOT sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, under appropriate safeguards and confidentiality terms, and where required by law:

• Web3Forms — processes and delivers your form submission.
• Cloudflare — provides Turnstile bot protection for our forms.
• Our website hosting provider — serves the qusure.ai website.

Data retention

Our form provider, Web3Forms, stores submissions for approximately 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted from its system. Copies we receive by email are kept only as long as needed to evaluate and run the early-access program — up to 24 months from your last interaction with us — after which we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@qusure.ai. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR; if you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS). Data collected through the marketing site is kept separate from the Qusure governance product.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (Web3Forms and Cloudflare) process data on servers outside India, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set a necessary cookie or process limited technical data; the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
